The deal, which includes 100% acquisition of the Imegamedia Services and TrueInnovation businesses, is meant to enhance Deko’s integration service. All of Imegamedia’s existing partners will continue to receive the same levels of service as part of the deal and will also have access to new and enhanced features.
The deal will provide Deko with expanded integration capability, providing merchants a same-day installation service and their customers faster access to Deko’s multi-lender platform. The acquisition comes following announcements about new Deko partnerships with NewDay, SNAP and ZIP, all of which have been integrated into the Deko platform in recent months.
