Commonwealth Bank has partnered with ecommerce platform BigCommerce to help for businesses start up their online offer.

According to Inside Retail, the partnership will provide Commonwealth Bank business customers with an integrated offering that allows them to establish their online presence by using BigCommerce to create their websites, while also providing a stable payment solution with Same Day Settlement.

The initiative comes as the company saw a rapid shift online, particularly during the pandemic. Consequently, the partnership will help Commonwealth Bank's customers to establish and expand their online business, while providing a broad omnichannel presence, the companies officials stated.

BigCommerce is a public technology company that provides a SaaS ecommerce platform. The company was founded in 2009 and has 600+ employees. Its features include customer groups and segmentation, search engine optimisation (SEO), web hosting, and more.
