Alibaba launches ecommerce platform in the US

Alibaba, a Chinese ecommerce company, has launched a US shopping website which is called 11 Main.

Currently, 11 Main is open in beta stage for consumers and is invitation-only for the present merchants the company already deals with. The merchant list, via invitations, is currently expanding and new products are being added on the platform, concomitantly.
