Indian-based conglomerate Rashmi Group, with interests in steel and cement, has launched an e-procurement service to assist small and medium companies.

The service dubbed ‘BidNemo’ is set to act as an online market place for both buyers and sellers. While buyers can place orders, vendors are set to be able to transact as well as bid for these orders.

The e-procurement venture is set to be through Keyline IT Solutions, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the group. Keyline will cater to non-critical maintenance, repair, operations and local purchases of SMEs.

Apart from its e-procurement platform, that came up at an estimated cost of EUR 1 million, Keyline is also caters to the BPO segment.
