Under the terms of the agreement, services provided though the LinkSource and Tangoe include a telecommunications audit, rate plan optimisation, inventory management, provisioning, reporting, invoice management, call rebilling and support services. LinkSource also provides RFP support through their proprietary RFP management software, DirectRFP, as well as wireless expense management (WEM) and an international calling solution through RingPath, a proprietary product that integrates mobile phones into the enterprise communication network.
In May 2013, Tangoe signed a software development cooperation agreement with SAP, an enterprise application software provider.
