Basware, Tele2 Norge AS partner for AP automation services in Norway

Finnish provider of e-invoicing and purchase-to-pay solutions Basware has signed an agreement with Tele2 Norge AS, a Norwegian telecommunication services provider.

Under the terms of the agreement, Basware is set to deliver Accounts Payable (AP) automation services to Tele2 Norge AS. The acquired services are powered by Alusta, Baswares unified cloud-based platform for purchase-to-pay. The Basware services to be delivered include Invoice Automation, scan and capture, Supplier Activation and Supplier Portal. The value of the agreement is approximately EUR 300,000 over the next three years. The services are set to be implemented during H2 2013.

Tele2 Norge AS is owned by Tele2 AB, a European telecommunications operator. Tele2s Norwegian business currently consists of Tele2, Network Norway, One Call and MyCall brands.

In recent news, Basware has partnered with MasterCard to launch an electronic payment solution that ensures suppliers are paid upon invoice approval while extending payment terms for buyers.
