Digital Technologies is a provider of digital transaction management software specialising in document workflow hyper-automation and electronic invoicing. The company has developed a robust e-invoicing hub that operates across multiple international jurisdictions, including Europe, South America, and Asia. This platform is already recognised in France as a Partner Dematerialisation Platform (PDP). Namirial, which processes 400 million electronic invoices annually, will integrate this hub to improve its ability to deliver simple global electronic invoicing solutions.
Digital Technologies serves large multinational corporations with solutions that include proprietary document automation software, a global e-invoicing hub, and adjacent digital trust services such as digital signatures, digital archiving, and e-payments. The company employs approximately 70 people and focuses on industries requiring highly automated, regulation-compliant electronic invoicing systems.
Ambienta acquired Namirial in 2020, recognising the role of digitalisation in reducing environmental impact. The acquisition of Digital Technologies marks the sixth addition to Namirial’s portfolio as part of a broader consolidation strategy. Previous acquisitions include companies like Netheos, Evicertia, and Bit4ID, which have expanded Namirial’s footprint in markets such as France, Spain, Latin America, and key emerging regions.
With these strategic acquisitions, Namirial has grown to exceed EUR 160 million in annual revenues and now employs approximately 1,000 people across 18 countries.
Namirial’s digitalisation efforts align with Ambienta’s mission to support environmentally sustainable businesses. In 2023 alone, Namirial contributed to significant environmental savings, including 17,764 tons of materials, 1,143,441 cubic meters of water, and 43,557 tons of CO2 emissions.
This acquisition underscores Namirial’s commitment to driving digital transformation and advancing the global adoption of electronic invoicing, which plays a critical role in improving operational efficiency and reducing environmental impact.
