TruNarrative has announced it signed a new agreement as part of the Gamesys group with its onboarding solution.
As part of the collaboration, Gameseys will be enabled to carry out identity checks, report verification, PEP, penalty tests, and monitoring via the use of the software. TruNarrative representatives mentioned that they will provide Gamesys with access to multiple third-party providers, covering their entire customer onboarding journey via a single API.
Moreover, the ability to work from a single platform across their onboarding strategy will help Gamesys facilitate the customer experience, as well as they will be able to align with compliance and audit requirements.
