IIL and GBGroup, Open GI partner to add anti-fraud measures

Technology company Open GI has partnered with IIL and GBGroup in order to upgrade its Open Client Check offering.

The software company stated that both new partners, who come on board with previously announced partner Experian, a global information services company, will provide a range of verification checks for brokers allowing them to validate their customers during a sales transaction with an ID check.

IIL will provide brokers with access to Callcredits ID verification alongside the Insurance Initiatives Informed Claims database.

Open GI explained that the results from these checks are then used to interrogate the data further, unearthing any undisclosed claims and the final outcome is linked into the Client Check technology to allow brokers to quote an appropriate premium.

Technology company Open GI develops products and services for the general insurance market.
