BNY Mellon partners with Saphyre to implement AI in its client onboarding process

BNY Mellon has partnered with Saphyre to use AI technology to improve the client experience, automate and expedite client onboarding.

The alliance supports BNY Mellon’s OMNISM strategy to work with fintech organisations to innovate and support clients’ investment objectives.

Saphyre’s platform enables communication between clients and stakeholders by augmenting traditional communication channels, such as email, fax, and phone calls. This integration between the two organisations is aimed at reducing fund launch time to market and enabling cross border trading.
