Cabital adds SEPA to its payment methods

Tuesday 21 September 2021 13:11 CET | News

Singapore-based Cabital, a digital assets institution, has announces that it has added the European Union’s Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) to its list of payment methods.

The payment method will help customers to change between EUR and cryptocurrencies and generate passive income. SEPA allows customers to make cashless EUR payments – via credit transfer and direct debit – to anywhere in the European Union, as well as a number of non-EU countries.

Users across the European Union can deposit their digital assets to earn up to 12% a year without hidden fees. The announcement comes after Cabital’s recent USD 4 million seed round that was led by SIG, Dragonfly, and GSR, increasing the company’s valuation to USD 40 million. That followed Cabital’s recent successful angel round when it raised USD 3 million.
