The co-branded card is launched as a result of the partnership between Viet Capital Bank and 7-Eleven Vietnam, a convenience store, in order to develop utilities in diversifying payments, and increasing customer loyalty. Viet Capital Bank and 7-Eleven Vietnam will focus on customers who are currently members of 7-Eleven Vietnam.
JCB is a Japan-based credit card issuer and acquirer. The cardholders will gain access to the JCB acceptance network which has about 34 million merchants around the world, according to the official press release.
