Strivve reveals its set of services for brand engagement with cardholders

Strivve has announced the availability of TopWallet Tools, its set of service enhancements optimised for easy brand engagement with cardholders across all card lifecycle events. 

For CardUpdatr customers, TopWallet Tools provides card issuers new marketing strategies designed to increase cardholder engagement and facilitate user experiences. CardUpdatr enables cardholders to update payment methods where they shop and pay online, all at one time, in one place. The experience pushes the financial institution’s credit or debit card to Top of Wallet at selected accounts including Uber, Amazon, Netflix, Spotify, and Walmart.

TopWallet Tools are designed to work hand-in-hand with the CardUpdatr App, supporting marketing and call centre teams within financial institutions. CardUpdatr is aimed at small banks and credit unions that may not have the marketing resources to obtain Top of Wallet. No IT development or integration is required. 

Leveraging its unique platform, Strivve is also proud to announce and welcome four new live production customers: Affinity Federal Credit Union, Fortera Credit Union, ISU Credit Union, and Deere Employees Credit Union.
