Digital Payments Group partners Diners Club and PSI-Pay for card issuance expansion in Europe

Digital Payments Group has signed a processing agreement with Diners Club International, partnering with PSI-Pay for card issuance expansion into Europe. 

The partnership formalised in July 2020 between Diners Club International, which is part of the Discover® Global Network, and PSI-Pay was a key factor behind Digital Payments Group (DPG) becoming a certified Diners Club International issuing processor. This will enable the launch of Diners Club International prepaid and debit products though PSI-Pay, one of the leading e-money BIN sponsors in the European market.

Digital Payments Group (DPG) is a payments processing engine for prepaid and debit products. They work with payment schemes and issuing banks to enable market brands and fintechs to issue payment products to their end users. They  operate in the UK, Europe with plans for further expansion into the US.

The Discover Global Network includes Discover Network, Diners Club International, PULSE and more than 20 alliance partner networks across the globe. Diners Club International has more than 35 million merchant acceptance locations and 1.3 million ATM cash access locations in more than 200 countries and territories.

PSI-Pay provides payment solutions to businesses globally, empowering partners to manage their payment card programmes.  They specialise in managing activities involving card schemes such as reporting, settlement and approval,s and any activities required by the FCA regulatory authority including reporting, compliance and AML mandates and audits.
