Rev19 acquires school fintech platform PAYK12

Rev19, the US-based fintech company, announced the acquisition of PAYK12 (“PAYK12”), a school payments solution.

The acquisition of PAYK12 reinforces Rev19’s commitment to increase vertical market penetration through integrated payment solutions.

PAYK12 is a cloud-based software platform that provides districts, schools, and the departments within, one digital hub for managing school payments and funds. The district-level system supports single sign-on integration with existing school management systems and features dashboard reports with district-wide, real-time sales data and trends, an online payment portal for parents, and cloud-based reporting. Built on the foundation of its first iteration, Ticketracker, PAYK12 brings event and stadium ticketing solutions to the fingertips of athletic directors, drama teachers, music departments, parents, and students.
