Using the Sovereign Bank mobile app gives customers on-the-go access to: account balances and activity including deposits, withdrawals and interest accrued, transfers between accounts, BillPay functions such as scheduling recurring and one-time payments or checking payment status, ATM/branch locator as well as one-touch customer service.
To have access to all the features associated with the app, customers must first enroll in Sovereign Banks Online Banking with BillPay. Once enrolled, they can access their accounts using the same credentials as their online banking access.
