Triton and TRM Announce Comprehensive ATM Service Program

Triton has signed an agreement with TRM, making TRM the nationwide service provider for Tritons entire ATM product line. The partnership will provide Triton ATM owners and operators with a comprehensive, single-source installation and maintenance solution with "24x7" service availability. The partnership enhances the level of service Triton distributors and value added resellers can provide their customers. Through this agreement with TRM, Triton will expand the scope of its service channel by offering additional installation and service programs for Triton ATM owners. Maintenance service contracts may include round-the-clock telephone support and emergency dispatch of Triton-trained technicians to the ATM site. TRM is certified to service all Triton ATM models including the new RL5000 lobby and FT5000 through-the-wall Windows Intel XScale PC platform ATMs designed especially for financial institutions. Program prices will vary according to the number of ATMs covered, the geographic distribution of the ATM fleet, and the levels of service that owners select.
