Wednesday 11 September 2013 00:05 CET | News

Swiss banking software systems company Temenos has launched its new payments hub dubbed Temenos Payment Suite (TPS).

Designed by banks for banks, in conjunction with financial institution ABN AMRO, TPS has been built around a universal payments process. This enables banks to move to a centralised infrastructure, providing a solution to manage transactions from any source, in any format, to any destination.

Temenos was founded in 1993 as a provider of banking software systems to retail, corporate, universal, private, Islamic, microfinance and community banks, wealth managers and financial institutions.

In recent news, Temenos has unveiled that four banks in the Philippines have signed up for Temenos T24, its core banking system.
