Redknee Deploys Fully Converged Real-Time Rating & Billing Solution for Digicel

Redknee has successfully commercial launch of Caribbean wireless operator Digicels fully Converged Real-Time Rating & Billing Solution for Voice, Messaging and Data supporting prepaid, postpaid and hybrid subscribers.
Digicel selected Redknee to replace their existing provider and to migrate all their active subscribers towards the newly designed and deployed Redknee Converged Real-Time Rating & Billing platform. Redknees successful deployment occurred in a record five month timeframe, which enabled Digicel to expand into new Caribbean markets as part of their ongoing network expansion. The Redknee integrated solution offers Digicel a consistent framework for rating & billing legacy and emerging services encompassing Voice, Messaging and Data. Operators can now improve efficiency and reduce service costs by consolidating customer care centers and enabling their subscribers to benefit from informed spending and real-time personal account management. Redknees commercially deployed service applications include; Messaging, Mobility, Data/Call Control, Converged Rating & Billing, and Customer Relationship Management.
