Q Comm International Appoints Mark Robinson as Chief Financial Officer

Q Comm International, has appointed Mark Robinson as its new Chief Financial Officer, with such appointment to become effective on May 31st, 2005. In the next several weeks, Mark will be working with Michael Openshaw, Q Comm’s current Chief Financial Officer, to provide a smooth transition.

Mark Robinson has over 20 years of finance, operations, and general management experience in the software, hardware, manufacturing, and service industries. He is the former Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Clickguard Corporation which was acquired by Danka Corporation in 2003. Mr. Robinson was also the Chief Financial Officer and Co-President of Bluecurve Inc. prior to its acquisition by Red Hat Corporation in 2000. From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Robinson was the Corporate Controller for Prometrix Corporation, and following the acquisition of Prometrix by KLA-Tencor in 1994 became the Prometrix Division Controller. He also held accounting, finance and project management positions at Hewlett Packard and Ford Aerospace and Communications Corporation from 1983 to 1992.
