MLGW to launch new, convenient payment service at area Tigermarkets

Memphis Light, Gas and Water Division has teamed with Info Touch Technologies to launch a new service that now allows the utilitys 421,000 customers to pay their bills at some 34 Exxon Mobil Tigermarket locations in the Memphis metropolitan area.

MLGW customers can now make real-time, self-serve automated bill payments, 24-hours-a-day, through the E-Wiz Kiosk Network located in area Tigermarkets. Transactions may be securely completed in English or Spanish, and all payments will be immediately posted to the customers account. At this time, the touchscreen kiosks will accept cash payments only. Info Touch Technologies will collect from customers a $1 processing fee for each transaction; MLGW does not receive any revenue from this fee. Powered by Info Touchs Surfnet Premiere software, these kiosks are making available a growing list of valuable services such as other post paid bill payment opportunities, prepaid PIN-based products and services (including ring tones and games), maps and directions and other financial and communication related services.
