Wright will have responsibility for human resource strategies and initiatives for the worldwide operations of the electronic transaction processing services company, reporting to Garcia. Most recently, Wright served as Human Resources Director of The Coca-Cola Company where he developed strategies for talent identification and succession planning, as well as change management initiatives. Prior to that, Wright served for nearly 20 years in progressive executive capacities in human resources for Owens Corning, where he led human resources teams for several of the companys divisions. He was appointed Vice President of Human Resources in 1998. Wright holds a Masters Degree in Education from the University of Georgia in Athens.
