In addition, NETS will donate S$1 to the Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund for every S$100 worth of i-chqs purchased during the promotion period. The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund was launched in 2000 and aims to make daily pocket money available to children from low-income families. Every dollar donated by NETS will, for example, help provide a much-needed meal to help a child get through their school day. NETS has partnered with Indigoz Exchange, the company that owns and manages the dining cheques known as i-chqs (pronounced i-cheques), to give NETS customers immediate access to 260 restaurants across Singapore that accept i-chqs. The offer is available to individuals and corporations. They simply have to use their ATM cards or CashCards to purchase i-chqs between now and 28 February 2005 from any SingPost outlet, Standard Chartered Bank branch or 7 Eleven convenience store. Restaurants that accept i-chqs include the Crystal Jade group of restaurants, Lawrys and Soup Restaurant. Customers can access the full range of restaurants at http://www.indigoz.com/product/product_det_igc.htm
