Euronet signs $40 million credit agreement

Euronet Worldwide, has entered into a $40.0 million two-year global revolving credit agreement with Bank of America.

The proceeds from the facility can be used for repayment of existing debt, working capital needs, acquisitions and other corporate purposes in the United States and overseas. Funds may be drawn in U.S. Dollars, Euros and / or British Pound Sterling where interest accrues at LIBOR-, EURIBOR- or Prime-based rates. The Company must maintain certain financial performance covenants. This facility replaces the $10.0 million domestic facility executed earlier this year.
