eTelecare International Selects Siebel CRM OnDemand

eTelecare International has deployed Siebel CRM OnDemand. With its deployment, eTelecare has increased sales process efficiency and forecast accuracy, resulting in significant gains in employee productivity, sales close rates, and revenue.
