It supports a broad range of authentication methods, including Entrust digital IDs, Entrust USB tokens, and smart cards, and is also available as a standalone purchase from Entrust. According to a Forrester Research report on Enterprise Single Sign-On by lead analyst Steve Hunt: Passlogix consistently earns high praise from its customers. Its product, v-GO SSO, features secure local credential caching and very easy setup. Forrester believes that a properly managed enterprise SSO deployment always results in a beneficial impact on user and help desk productivity. The benefits of single sign-on products extend beyond the reduced number of password-reset calls to the help desk. They include increase user management capabilities, reduced administrative overhead and greater security controls.
