Kristoff will be responsible for communicating Diebolds business strategies and financial performance to the investment community, as well as serving as the primary contact for shareholders and analysts. In addition, Kristoff will continue to oversee the companys strategic design group, including all product design; and the global documentation and language translation organization. He reports to Gregory T. Geswein, senior vice president and chief financial officer, and succeeds Donald E. Eagon Jr., vice president, investor relations and global communications, who recently retired after 13 years of service with the company. Kristoff began his career with Diebold in 1990 in the companys public relations group and has served in a variety of management positions within the communications and investor relations areas, most recently as director of investor relations and global communications. He has a bachelors degree in public relations from Kent State University, Kent, Ohio, and a masters degree in business administration from Ashland University, Ashland, Ohio. A native of northeast Ohio, Kristoff is married and has two children. They reside in North Canton.
