Concord Group Insurance Selects Exstream Softwares Dialogu

Exstream Softwares Dialogue software has been selected by Concord Group Insurance, a leading regional, multi-line insurer in New England serving over 250,000 policyholders through 300 independent agents.

Concord is transitioning its document development from a mainframe environment to a web-based system and plans to use Dialogue to handle the more than 1.9 million customer communications created annually. Concord selected Dialogue for its flexibility, ease of use and ability to meet time-to-market demands. Dialogue’s robust capabilities are making it possible for Concord to migrate applications from the mainframe with minimal development time, saving in training and labor expense. Concord also reports Dialogue has made it possible to easily outsource the production and delivery of its documents to a third-party service provider, eliminating the need for maintaining equipment and warehousing pre-printed inventory.
