ClickSoftware Successfully Deploys Service Optimization Solution at Bosch Communication Center

Bosch Communication Center is using ClickSoftwares ClickSchedule in its contact center for the scheduling of field service resources. Bosch Communication Center provides contact center services for Bosch Thermotechnik, the worlds largest manufacturer of gas water heaters, handling customer service requests for work by their field workforce. ClickSchedule, part of ClickSoftwares ServiceOptimization Suite, enables Bosch Communication Center to improve the efficiency of Bosch Thermotechniks field service operation and response time to customer service requests. Together with the integration to mySAP CRM 3.0, Bosch Communication Center can provide customers with accurate appointments whilst on the first call.
