CGI extends agreement with League Data

CGI, a Canada-based provider of information technology and business process services has extended its outsourcing agreement to 2021 with League Data.

Under the terms of the agreement, CGI will continue to manage League Datas banking technology infrastructure, software applications and client service desk, which it has done since 2002. CGI also will continue to develop the Horizon Financial Suite application, a SaaS banking solution with integrated loan origination, delinquency management and CRM components.

The value of the extension is CDN 30 million.

In recent news, cloud-based mobile commerce and behavioral marketing services provider P97 Networks has joined forces with Microsoft, CGI and Panasonic, a global consumer electronics provider, to launch PetroZone, a cloud-based mobile commerce and behavioral marketing platform for the convenience and fuel retailing industry.
