Banque Saudi Fransi, a Saudi Arabian Joint Stock Company affiliated with the Credit Agricole Group, has licensed Level Fours Channel Development Suite to assist in the migration of its ATM network to support EMV as part of the second generation Saudi Payments Network (SPAN2).Banque Saudi Fransi has also licensed Level Fours Bunch Note Acceptor module to improve self-service across its growing ATM network. Using Level Fours Channel Development Suite, Banque Saudi Fransi will develop, test and rapidly deploy new content and applications within the ATM delivery channel directly from a desktop PC. Banque Saudi Fransi will benefit from significant cost savings and decrease in time spent manually testing transactions at individual ATMs. Banque Saudi Fransi has also licensed Level Fours Bunch Note Acceptor module -a simulation of an automated ATM deposit facility which counts and checks a cash deposit and allows funds to clear in real time. Despite increased card usage, depositing cash and cheques into bank accounts is still one of the main reasons for Saudi customers to enter the branch. The primary business driver for the bank to introduce the Bunch Note Acceptor module is to redirect customers from the branch to the self-service capabilities of ATMs.
