Payee Manager, the new application, is an online enrolment, vendor management and payment system, which allows clients to monitor incoming payments and manage profiles online. Payee Manager allows vendors and other beneficiaries to manage their own details. Vendors are approved via an online enrolment process. On the Payee Manager website, users can track payment information, update contact information, add and subtract bank accounts, as well as customise their services.
Via the Payee Manager, GlobalPay users can accept or decline beneficiary enrolment requests. The system records beneficiaries who have to be paid, the sum which must be paid and the time when payments must be made. The information is not stored within any banking database, but owned by the payer.
