The Currency Cloud secures GBP 1.92 mln in new funding round

The Currency Cloud, a UK-based business-to-business (B2B) cloud computing service company, has secured GBP 1.92 million (USD 3 million) in a new funding round led by investment firm Notion Capital.

The Currency Cloud has revealed plans to use the new capital to support the company’s development and expand globally. The company has previously raised GBP 2.5 million (USD 3.3 million) from investors Atlas Venture and the Anthemis Group.

The Currency Cloud is a provider of a cloud-based currency conversion and international payments service.
