The Guide ends with a case study on Nationwide Building Society and how it has effectively addressed the problem of card fraud. The Guide aims to provide insight and advice to fraud managers across the globe who are fighting an uphill battle against card fraud. It should enable fraud managers to evaluate their current anti-fraud strategies and give them an overview of the techniques and tools now available to help them strengthen these strategies so that they can continue to protect customers from fraudulent attacks on their account.
