Valley National Bank Expands Business Relationship With Digital Insight

Digital Insight has entered into a multi-year renewal with Valley National Bank, continuing to offer cash management for Valley National Banks corporate customers, the financial institution will leverage Digital Insights broad cash management capabilities by deploying the Companys business banking solution for small businesses. Valley National Bank initially contracted with Magnet Communications, in June 2001 prior to Digital Insights acquisition of Magnet in November of 2003. Valley National Bank, with $9.9 billion in assets, currently offers its commercial and government banking clients business banking services through the Magnet cash management solution including balance reporting, ACH, controlled disbursements, book transfers, electronic report delivery, stop pay and wire transfer. In addition, Valley National Bank will also offer Digital Insights small business solution to this rapidly growing customer segment. Valley National Bank currently operates 129 branch offices in 83 communities located in New Jersey and New York.
