NECs Express5800/1000 server series offers options from eight to 32 CPUs that access up to 512 gigabytes of shared main memory. While delivering the promise of high availability, reliability and affordability, the Express5800/1000 is designed to incorporate future Itanium 2 processor families to sustain technology advancements. The provisioning and failover features of Global Master Professional enables dynamic reconfiguration of processing elements as well as hardware-enabled high availability features. Plus with the support of operating systems like Microsoft Windows Server 2003, makes this server series ideal for both high-end technical enterprises and advanced technical computing environments.
