International Bancshares Corp. Expand Services with Princeton eCom

International Bancshares Corp. (IBC) has expanded its contracted services with Princeton eCom to provide additional functionality for the Banks online banking offering.

A customer of Princeton eComs since 2001, the recently announced system upgrade through Corillian Corporations Corillian Consumer Banking and Corillian Corporate Banking applications will enable IBC to utilize advanced Princeton eCom functionality for better customer service and faster payment processing. Included in the upgrade will be implementation of Princeton eComs proprietary Real-Time Digital Scanline(tm) (RTDS) product for validation of payee information as the payor is entering it. This application ensures that all of the information collected for intended payees is of the highest quality. Use of RTDS significantly reduces the chance that payments will be rejected or delayed later in the payments process - virtually eliminating customer dissatisfaction that can occur if payment errors are discovered late in the process. Additionally, IBC will begin utilizing Princeton eComs Consumer Draft Model which allows for bill payment via check drawn directly from the customers account. Since payments are only made once the check clears, consumers get additional control of the timing of payments while gaining the efficiency of making all bill payments online.
