Bank of Madison Brings Internet Banking In-House with Beacon Software

Bank of Madison has selected Atlanta-based Beacon Software, Compass Internet Banking Platform. Bank of Madisons first quarter 2004 implementation of the Compass Internet Banking Platform will mark the beginning of the banks campaign to strengthen customer service and compete with larger banks in its market.Once implemented, Bank of Madison will offer routine online banking services to its customers including viewing statements and check images. The Compass Internet Banking Platform creates a business-critical Internet presence while securely managing customer information and relationships. Simple, flexible and fully scalable, Compasss integrated software enables Internet-based retail banking, business banking, bill payment, bill presentment and marketing support, all from a unified platform. As part of its service initiatives, Bank of Madison will introduce basic Internet banking services along with imaged statements in the first quarter of 2004. In addition, the bank will expand their physical presence with a new branch facility in Social Circle.
