Zoho Creator Helpdesk is also available in the Zoho Marketplace, the company’s online store for ready-to-use business applications built with Zoho Creator online database software.
The integration with Google Apps reflects Zoho’s decision to expand its integration with Google. The latest Zoho applications to be integrated with Google Apps and offered in the Google Apps Marketplace thus include Zoho Invoice, Zoho’s online invoice generation and tracking application, and Zoho Creator Helpdesk, Zoho’s customizable online helpdesk and customer support application.
By integrating Zoho Invoice and Zoho Creator Helpdesk with Google Apps, Zoho lets users automatically sign in to the Zoho applications with their existing Google Apps credentials. In addition, the Zoho applications will be listed in Google’s universal navigation. The Zoho Invoice application gadgets can be embedded in relevant Google applications, such as Gmail, iGoogle and Google Sites.
