Verifi appoints Jennifer Schulz as CEO

US transaction risk management services provider for card-not-present merchants Verifi has added Jennifer Schulz to the companys team as the new CEO.

She is to replace Verifis entrepreneurial founder Matthew Katz, who will serve as the company’s chairman. In her new position, Schulz is to monitor the company operations as well as the evolution of the Cardholder Dispute Resolution Network (CDRN) service which enables card issuers to connect to merchant businesses for the management of the dispute resolution process.

Before joining Verifi in April 2008, Jennifer Schulz held the position of global head of consumer credit with Visa, where she was held responsible for the companys credit business. She also collaborated with technology consulting firm Diamond Management & Technology Consultants.
