Ultimate Game Card enters western Canadian market

US alternative payment processing services provider PayByCash has made the Ultimate Game Card available at 294 Macs Convenience Stores across western Canada.

The card is accepted by over 200 online multiplayer games as a payment option and is available in USD 20 denominations. The Ultimate Game Card can be used to pay for any online multiplayer game that integrates PayByCash into its payment system. The card displays a code which can be redeemed by the customer on a games website or on the PayByCash point of purchase page to buy content online. The Ultimate Game Card can be used for 200 multiplayer games and virtual worlds via PayByCash. It is available in nearly 18,000 retail stores across the US and Canada as a prepaid card in USD 10 and USD 20 increments.
According to PayByCash representatives, by the end of 2008, 580 Mac’s eastern Canada stores will also stock the Ultimate Game Card. Macs Convenience Stores are an Alimentation Couche Tard unit, while Couche Tard is the second largest convenience retailer in North America, operating 5,395 stores across Canada and the US.
