Charron is due to replace Colley Clark who will continue to be a director of the company until the company’s annual general meeting which is scheduled for 23 March 2009. Redknee will be undertaking a search for a permanent CFO and Charron will be considered as a candidate. In related news, Redknee has won a contract from Uganda Telecom to provide the latter with its Mobile Money 2.0 mobile banking system.
