In this role Marshman has overall sales and marketing management responsibility for all facets of NCRs customer services and support business in Canada. Kevin Marshman brings to this assignment extensive knowledge and understanding of the Canadian services marketplace, said Dave Henderson, vice president of NCRs Americas Partner and International Delivery, Worldwide Customer Services. His expertise, combined with strong financial and operations management background, makes him a valuable addition to our Worldwide Customer Services organization. Prior to joining NCR, Marshman was president and chief executive officer of Brinks Canada Limited where he played an instrumental role in helping to re-establish the company as a market leader in Canada. His career also includes a number of other executive-level assignments including president and chief operating officer, Vestcom Canada Limited, and vice president and general manager, Rogers Communications Inc. NCR Worldwide Customer Services Division provides service in support of NCRs retail, financial self-service and Teradata solutions. This includes managed services, in which NCR partners with customers to provide end-to-end management and support for their information technology (IT) infrastructure functions - everything from automated teller machines (ATMs) to point-of-service (POS) systems and the accompanying back-office IT infrastructure. Based in Mississauga, Marshman replaces Bob Gilchrist, who retired in November 2004 after a successful 36-year career with NCRs Canadian services organization.
