Jordanian e-Points launches new card

Wednesday 20 February 2008 09:42 CET | News

Jordanian customer rewards company and member of the OFFTEC Investment Group PLC (BDIN) e-Points launches a newly designed card as part of its regional growth strategy. Cardholders can visit the e-Points service stations at Aramex outlets across Jordanian capital Amman to apply for the card.

At the same service stations, customers will also be able to report a missing card or make account balance enquiries. Cardholders who replace their old card with the new one will have their account balance automatically transferred to the new card while the old card becomes invalid. E-Points has developed a network of over 350 retail, hospitality and service outlets in Jordan.“We have been able to solidify our position as Jordan’s largest and most exclusive customer reward program and now we have to enhance that position by expanding our services across the region. Therefore, to unify our e-Points card and better position it to allow for more regional growth, we are modernizing its look and making it more colorful and fresh. With this in mind, we want to appeal to the new markets we plan to launch in over the coming year,” said CEO of e-Points Marwan Said.
