As a result of the acquisition, estimated at approximately USD 170 million, small businesses will gain access to online payroll services from one of the financial management software developer. According to Reuters, Intuit also intends to gain access to PayCycles financial-institutional and small-business clients, including Capital One and PNC Bank. The deal is expected to close in Q3 2009, subject to regulatory review.
