HSBC Strengthens Delivery Channels for Payments & Cash Management in India

The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited has widened its product suite and delivery channels for payments and cash management services to corporates in India.

Integrated Payments Solutions (IPS), HSBCs offering in the Asia-Pacific region allows seamless execution of electronic and paper-based payments. The existing offering has now been strengthened by the introduction of COS (Cheque Outsourcing Service), a comprehensive service that allows the customer to outsource local and foreign currency cheque payments to the bank. IPS also enables electronic modes of payment such as Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and Special Electronic Funds Transfer (SEFT)) and Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS). HSBC has also introduced HSBCnet, a global internet banking channel, which provides real-time access to cash management solutions. This complements Hexagon ABC, which has been the HSBC Groups pioneering payment services platform. These state-of-the-art web-enabled delivery channels offer solutions for receivables, payables and liquidity management, are uniquely interoperable, secure and efficient and available anytime, anywhere in the world.
