Googles Nexus S to launch on AT&T

Global device manufacturer Samsung has announced that the Google Nexus S mobile phone is expected to launch on AT&T on 24 July 2011, media outlet pcmag.com reports. AT&T is a US-based mobile carrier.

According to the source, the mobile device is set to be is available for pre-order now via Best Buy. The phone is expected to be equipped with Android 2.3 operating system and is set to feature NFC technology for mobile payments.

Moreover, the source indicates that the smartphone is set to feature several Google mobile apps, including Google Earth, Google Maps with Navigation, Google Talk with video chat, Google Voice and Voice Actions, as well as access to more than 250,000 apps in Android Market.
