FrontStream Payments acquires Direct Technology Innovations

Payment services FrontStream Payments has acquired technology services provider Direct Technology Innovations (DTI). DTI has developed vendor relationships and an Agent/ISO sales channel. Its business offerings include the Swipe N Go programme that enables merchants to conduct credit cards without requiring a customer signature for any purchase under USD 25. The Mobile Ticketing option delivers inventory control and payments capability. The Click to Go Online Ordering allows customers to order for pick-up via a laptop, PDA or mobile phone.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
