Under the terms of the deal, Fiserv will continue to process signature and PIN debit transactions for seven of the nine banks within Heartland Financial USA. Furthermore, these banks will continue their membership in ACCEL/Exchange, the PIN debit network owned and operated by Fiserv. Heartland Financial also uses Fiservs Signature bank platform, Prologue Accounts Payable, Prologue General Ledger and Output Solutions.
