With the new application, users will have the ability to monitor their transaction history from their Schwab Bank and brokerage accounts, Schwab 529 College Savings Plans as well as from their Schwab-administered 401(k) and stock option plans.

Also, the m-banking application includes access to other mobile features such as online trading, transaction histories for bank and brokerage accounts, market information with access to quotes, charts and watch lists as well as detailed position data and trade order status for brokerage accounts.

The company has revealed plans to release additional mobile enhancements in 2011. The latter are set to include fund transfer capabilities, bill payments, cheque deposit services as well as an Android-operated m-banking app.
